OIC scheduled integration allows to create parameter with default values. Every time integration is scheduled with some parameter value, it retains the current submitted value. Next time when you run the integration it will be submitted with previous submitted value even if you keep parameter value as blank.
If you want to submit without previous submitted value, then use double quotes “” as the parameter value.
